Here are the rules for your happiness. Here are the rules to move on.

Go on walks. Think about all the amazing people you have in your life that want to be there. Think about all the amazing experiences you have had. Get a notebook that  you can take with you to write down these things that you remember. 

Do the things you need to do to feel good about yourself. Write down one thing each day that you like about yourself. Eat the right foods, that make you feel good, nourish your body and give you energy. Drink lots of water. Exercise!! 

Think about all your favorite things to do and do them. Play music, write lots, read lots, watch your favorite TV shows. Spend less time on social media watching and wondering what other people are up to. Do things that make you excited to be living your own life. And there is no need for you to share everything that you are doing also! 

Give up your time for other people and organisations. Volunteer for charity, go visit people in the retirement village down the road. 

Create and give and love and it will come back around <3
